You can transcripts from recorded audio file or microphone. Transcript languages are: Modern Standard Arabic, UK English, US English(Default), Spanish, French, Japanese, Brazilian Portuguese, Mandarin Chinese. You can change every time if you want. Of course, Watson Speech to Text service needed account of the IBM® Bluemix®, also should be enabled the Speech to Text service. Don’t mind. It’s easy. Check this site.
